Pakistan Air Force (PAF) said on Monday that it has enhanced its vigilance amid Pakistan-Indian strained relations after the Mumbai terror attacks.
"In view of current environment PAF has enhanced its vigilance," News Network International (NNI) news agency quoted a PAF statement as saying.
Reports said the PAF fighter jets made flights in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Lahore on Monday afternoon.
But PAF sources also said that fighter jets are on routine flights and making surveillance of country's airspace
Pakistan-India tensions were heightened as the Indian side accused Pakistan-based militant groups of involvement in the terror attacks in India's financial center, which killed more than170.
