Brunei-India ties has improved a lot after Brunei's Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah visited India in 2008, the Brunei Times quoted Indian High Commissioner Riewad V Warjri as saying on Saturday.
Warjri said it was a question of working a proper follow-up of the outcome of the visit, adding that the Indian Commission was progressing well in their efforts, the newspaper monitored here said.
He had highlighted fields where the both countries could potentially cooperate while revealing that ten places of training courses in different technical fields were allotted to Brunei students.
The two countries could also jointly establish a rice institute while Indian companies venture into the mid-stream and downstream sectors of the oil and gas industry in Brunei, added Warjri.
