DPRK details nuclear progress

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea says it has finished reprocessing spent nuclear fuel rods to extract weapons-grade plutonium. The official Korean Central News Agency said yesterday the country has reprocessed 8,000 spent fuel rods, giving it enough plutonium to make at least one atomic bomb.
