Possible gunman reported at California State University |

Police were investigating a report of a possible gunman on or near the campus of California State University at Dominguez Hills in Carson near Los Angeles on Thursday.
The students and faculty were on lockdown. Deputies appeared to be examining an AK-47 assault rifle, the local KTLA5 TV reported.
The Sheriff's Department has made no comment on the report.
