About 4 million U.S. dollars have been raised for U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton's campaign since she won three primaries on Tuesday, her team said on Thursday.

Her campaign told reporters that the fund raised online as of Thursday noon would "keep this campaign going, to keep Hillary Clinton's message out there."

The New York Senator surprisingly beat her rival, Barack Obama, in Ohio, Texas and Rhode Island primaries, winning over her momentum in the race for the Democratic presidential nominee.

Her campaign has once slipped to a financial predicament before the Super Tuesday on Feb. 5 as she had to lend 5 million dollars to sustain her bid to be the first female president for the White House.

Due to her good performance on the Super Tuesday when 22 states held primaries and caucuses, Clinton's fundraising fortune have improved considerably, absorbing about 35 million dollars into her campaign altogether in February.

However, Obama, who is still leading Clinton in the number of delegates who will vote at the national nomination convention, also shows strong momentum in fundraising.

His campaign said on Thursday that they received about 55 million dollars in February online, the highest amount of fundraising for any presidential candidate in a single month.

Both campaigns have been the top fund-raisers of the entire presidential field, raising 100 million dollars each in 2007.
