Forest blaze in Honduras kills 8, injures 2 |

A raging forest fire in Honduras has claimed the lives of eight firefighters and injured two others, the country's military said Monday.
The tragedy occurred when wind direction suddenly changed as the firefighters were fighting the blaze.
The charred bodies of the firefighters, four soldiers and four local residents, were found Monday at the fire site on a mountain near the capital Tegucigalpa, the Honduran Public Ministry said
Honduran President Manuel Zelaya sent condolences to the families of the victims.
The Public Ministry has launched an investigation on whether the fire-fighting organization should be held responsible for the incident.
