U.S. President George W. Bush is expected to make a statement Thursday morning on Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK)'s submission of its nuclear declaration.

The president is expected to make the statement at 1140 GMT in the Rose Garden of the White House, according to a newly released White House schedule.

The White House said in a statement earlier Thursday that it will lift trade sanctions against the DPRK and remove the DPRK from its list of state sponsors of terrorism within 45 days.

The statement was released shortly after the (DPRK) submitted its nuclear declaration to the chair of the six-party talks in Beijing, China.
