Colombia to extradite 16 nationals, 1 foreigner to U.S. |

Colombia will extradite 16 of its nationals and a British-Canadian to the United States, the government said on Wednesday.
The 17 will be extradited to the United States for drug-trafficking crimes, the government said in a statement.
