Six prisoners escaped Sunday night from a prison in western Canada's Saskatchewan province and five of them remain at large, police said Monday.
One was captured shortly after he escaped from the Regina Provincial Correction Center, located in provincial capital Regina, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) said in a press release.
The other five at large are considered dangerous because they may be armed. Four are charged with murder and another is charged with aggravated assault.
The RCMP did not mention how the men escaped. No injuries were reported in the escape.
The prison is under lockdown following the jailbreak.
