U.S. President George W. Bush will have talks over global economic crisis with finance ministers from Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Italy and Japan, the White House announced Thursday.

"Saturday morning, President Bush will welcome the G7 finance ministers to the White House," Bush's spokeswoman Dana Perino told reporters.

The Bush administration has been preparing for the weekend meeting for days, according to Perino.

As a preparation for the important meeting, Bush had telephone discussions with leaders of Britain, France, and Italy and Germany on financial crisis in the past two days.
