Mexican Communications and Transports Luis Tellez said on Wednesday that they found the black box of the jet that crashed on Tuesday evening in Mexico City, where Mexican Interior Minister Juan Camilo Mourino died.
During a press conference at the facilities of Communications and Transports Ministry, Tellez said that staff from the General Direction of Civil Aeronautic found the box that will allow confirming the last conversations between the pilot and the aerial control tower.
Experts on aeronautics already began investigations based on the information of the black box from the Lear Jet 45, which Tuesday dropped in the wealthy district of Lomas de Chapultepec, northwest of Mexico City.
The black box records all the conversations between the pilot and the aerial controllers of the International Airport of Mexico City (AICM), Tellez said.
Tellez also said that for instructions of Mexican President Felipe Calderon, in this occasion the records were given to the public, for the first time in the history of the aeronautic of the country.
