U.S. President Barack Obama will meet with Dutch Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende in Washington on July 14th for discussion on "a broad range of strategic issues of mutual concern," the White House said Tuesday.
The Obama administration looks forward to getting more support from its "steadfast NATO ally" on processing missions in Afghanistan and Iraq, according to a statement issued by the White House.
President Obama and the prime minister will also exchange viewpoints over "coordination to address the global economic recovery, and developments in Iran, Middle East peace process, climate change and energy," said the statement.
"The Netherlands and the United States enjoy strong bilateral relations and partner together around the world to promote peace, prosperity, and democratic freedoms," said the statement.
