Former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher returned home Saturday afternoon after spending Friday night in hospital undergoing tests.
Her spokesman said that the 82-year-old lady was taken to St Thomas' Hospital in London Friday evening after falling ill at a House of Lords dinner.
She had felt "giddy and queasy," but tests revealed "nothing of substance," he said.
