Reports: Bomb blast kills 2 in Azerbaijan |

Two people were killed and two others injured in an explosion at a transformer substation in Azerbaijan's capital Baku on Friday, according to reports reaching here.
The bomb exploded as workers were entering a room of the facility, the Itar-Tass news agency cited local police as saying. All the victims are employees of the Baku grid.
This is the second blast in Baku within the week. Last Sunday, a grenade was thrown into a mosque during evening prayers, killing three people and wounding 11.
