The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the World Bank's International Finance Corporation (IFC) will put 58.8 million euros (about 74.1 million U.S. dollars) into Titan's Albanian subsidiary, Antea Cement.
The EBRD and the IFC will each take 20 percent stake in the subsidiary for 12.6 million euros, and extend Titan a loan of 16.8million euros respectively.
