A Russian helicopter crashed in western Siberia on Monday and four people aboard were killed, Itar-Tass news agency reported, citing local emergencies ministry.
"The helicopter that disappeared today has been found near the river Yuganskaya Ob, five km from a highway and not far from the oil site Ognenka," said a spokesman of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Areas.
Four people were aboard the helicopter, including two crewmembers and two passengers and their bodies have been found at the scene of the accident.
The people aboard the helicopter had used a mobile phone to call their relatives, which helped the rescue team to determine their location, Itar-Tass said.
