Swedish PM to meet U.S. President Obama

Swedish Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt, whose country is holding the EU Presidency, is scheduled to meet U.S. President Barack Obama next week.
Reinfeldt will visit Washington on Nov. 3 to chair the EU-U.S. Summit together with Obama, according to a statement of the Swedish government.
"The agenda to be discussed includes issues such as climate change and the road to Copenhagen, the global economic and financial crisis and follow-up of the G20 meeting in Pittsburgh as well as Afghanistan and Iran," said the statement.
The President of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso and the EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana will also be part of the EU delegation, the statement added.
