Israeli troops arrested 24 Palestinians during overnight raids across West Bank cities, Palestinian security sources said on Wednesday.
The detentions took place in the towns of Nablus, Hebron, Ramallah, Qalqilia and Jenin, the sources said, adding that the detainees were taken to Israeli interrogation facilities in West Bank settlements.
Israeli sources said 19 of them were arrested for being wanted by the army which carried out the detentions almost on a daily basis.
