The U.S. military said on Friday that two of its soldiers died in Iraq in separate incidents.

A Multi-National Division - Baghdad Soldier died of wounds sustained by a roadside bomb explosion near his vehicle in west of

Baghdad on Thursday afternoon, a military statement said.

A marine assigned to Multi-National Force - West died in non-combat related incident on Wednesday, another statement said without providing further details.

The latest death brings the number of U.S. troops killed in Iraq since the U.S-led invasion in March 2003 to about 4,098, according

to media count based on Pentagon figures.
