The death toll in twin bombs in Istanbul late Sunday rises to 11, and some 30 others were injured. Turkey's private NTV reported.
The report said that two consecutive bombs hit a busy shopping area in Istanbul late Sunday when many people are spending their weekend there.
The cause of the explosion is unknown, according to the security sources at the scene.
The casualties is expected to continue to rise.
