A book about the biography of Ethiopian Prime Minister Meles Zenawi and the struggle of the Tigray People Libration Front (TPLF) will be launched in Ethiopia after two weeks.
In a news conference held here on Friday, the author of the book, Eyasu Mengesha, said it took him two years to write the book.
Eyasu said he himself was in the struggle and knew Meles well since late 1970's.
He also said he read different books and articles and interviewed people who are in medium and high level leadership to know more about the prime minister.
According to him, he has a plan to write the second and the third volume of the book next year.
Tekie Gebremeden, generakl manager of Dairo Advertizing, which is the publisher of the book, said his company has published 10, 000 copies of the book for the market. He said the company expects to sell 40,000 to 50,000 copies.
