Rwanda threatens to pull out peacekeepers from all UN missions over disputed draft report

Rwanda said the pullout may start from the UN peacekeeping mission in Darfur of Sudan.
A statement from the military spokesman said the Rwanda Defense Force had finalized a contingency withdrawal plan for the country's peacekeepers deployed in Sudan.
Meanwhile, Rwanda's Foreign Minister Louise Mushikiwabo told the press that Rwanda had instructed its military commander to make preparation for the withdrawal of its peacekeepers from Sudan.
News reaching here said a draft UN report indicates that Rwanda may have committed war crimes in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DR Congo) from 1996 to 1997, an accusation denied by the African country.
