Group of Seven financial leaders said Saturday in a joint statement here that world economy is facing uncertainty and economic growth in all G7 nations are expected to slow down in the short-term.

The finance ministers and central bank governors from Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and the United States have just concluded their one-day meeting in Tokyo.
