Wall Street ended mixed Friday after a 387-point plunge on Thursday due to credit concerns.

At the closing trading, the Dow Jones industrials was down 31. 14, or 0.23 percent, at 13,239.54. The Standard & Poor's 500 index was up 0.55, or 0.04 percent, to 1,453.64, and the Nasdaq composite index lost 11.60, or 0.45 percent, to 2,544.89.

The concerns on the U.S. subprime mortgage market dragged down global market as France's biggest listed bank, BNP Paribas said to freeze three funds due to the subprime problems.

Early Friday, the New York Fed announced a three-day repurchase agreement to inject liquidity into the market. The Fed, which already injected 24 billion dollars in temporary reserves to the U. S. banking system, said it would accept 35 billion dollars in mortgage backed securities.
