Singapore shares end higher |

The shares prices in Singapore closed higher on Monday with the blue chip Straits Times Index (STI) rising 16.31 points to end at 3,064.95 points.
The overall volume stood at 2.05 billion shares worth 1.37 billion Singapore dollars (about 972 billion U.S. dollars).
Losers led gainers by 364 to 329 with another 1059 unchanged.
Last Friday, the STI dropped 6.17 points to end at 3,048.64 points.
