Brazilian Foreign Minister Celso Amorim will attend on Sunday the Fifth Ministerial Meeting of the India, Brazil and South Africa Dialog Forum (IBSA) in Cape Town, South Africa.

The forum will gather chancellors from the three countries to implement strategy plans and agreements signed by the group.

Apart from the meeting, the forum will host an entrepreneurial forum, a women's forum and a demonstration of the navy forces of the three countries, the Brazilian foreign ministry said on Friday.

IBAS was created in 2003 to strengthen ties of the countries in the southern hemisphere, aiming at common positions on the international issues as well as economic, commercial and technological cooperation.

During his trip to the African continent, Amorim will also pay an official visit to the island nation of Sao Thome and Principe.
