Bank of East Asia (BEA), together with the housing channel of Sina.com, has launched the country's first credit card for home-related purchases, including buying apartments, home decoration and electric appliances. Compared with common consumers, the holder of this credit card can enjoy a higher discount rate. The move is BEA's latest move to further segment its target customers. Established in 1918, BEA is the largest local bank in Hong Kong.
