China's Ministry of Finance (MOF) said Wednesday it would issue 26.64 billion yuan (3.9 billion U.S. dollars) of book-entry T-bonds from Thursday, the 23rd issue of its kind this year.
The bonds, with a 10-year term, have a fixed annual interest rate of 3.44 percent, the ministry said.
Sales of the bonds will run from Sept. 17 to 21, with interest to be calculated yearly on Sept.17.
Interest will be paid every half year, with the principal paid on maturity on Sept. 17, 2019. The bonds will become tradable on Sept. 23.
