South Korea's industrial output grows 10.1 percent in February from the same period last year, the country's National Statistical Office (NSO) said Monday.

According to the NSO, the country's industrial production grew 10.1 percent on-year last month, with the service sector posting an annual expansion of 5.9 percent.

February's industry output was lower than local analysts' estimates. A poll by Yonhap Infomax earlier showed that most of respondents predicted the industrial output growth for February could reach 12 percent.
