The U.S. dollar went down to lower 100 yen level Wednesday in Tokyo.

The dollar traded at 100.11-13 yen, compared with 101.45-55 yen in New York and 102.69-72 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Tuesday. It briefly fell to as low as 99.61 yen.

The euro was quoted at 1.3613-3615 dollars and 136.28-32 yen, against 1.3585-3595 dollars and 137.89-99 yen in New York and 1.3574-3577 dollars and 139.42-46 yen in Tokyo late Tuesday.
