Caribbean countries of Trinidad and Tobago, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Grenada have agreed to form an economic union in 2011, said news reaching here from Puerto Espana, the capital of Trinidad and Tobago.
The reports said officials from the four countries signed Thursday an understanding memorandum at a meeting in Puerto Espana.
Under the memorandum, the four countries also expected to realize political integration in 2013.
