World leaders wrapped up a two-day summit on financial markets and the world economy here on Saturday by adopting a declaration and an action plan, vowing to enhance cooperation and work together to restore global growth and achieve needed reforms in the world's financial systems.

The summit, billed as the first in a series, is attended by leaders from the Group of 20 and heads of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, as well as the UN secretary-general and the chairman of the Financial Stability Forum.
