British Airways is to launch its first business-class only service from London to New York.
BA's new offering will launch next year and operate out of London's City airport, Sky news reported on Friday.
The news came as the airline announced that profits for the nine months to the end of December were up 35 percent on last year at 788 million pounds (1.576 billion U.S. dollars).
However, as annual fuel costs were up, the airline said it expects them to be 200 million dollars more than last year.
The airline plans to offset the increases by cutting costs elsewhere.
