Cross-Straits finance pact 'soon'

Taiwan will soon forge an agreement on financial cooperation with the mainland in another sign of evolving cross-Straits ties. Chiang Pin-kung, chairman of Taiwan's Straits Exchange Foundation, said the signing of the pact "could take place soon".
