ICBC to auction 22b in sub debt

Industrial & Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), the world's most valuable bank, said Tuesday it plans to issue 22 billion yuan ($3.2 billion) in 10- and 15-year subordinated bonds to maintain its Tier-2 capital.
The bonds will be issued from September 10 to September 14 and begin secondary market trading September 14, it announced on the website chinabond.com.cn.
