Siemens established its first Chinese limited company of blades production for wind turbines Tuesday in Shanghai, according to the China Business News (CBN) Wednesday.
With a total investment of 35 million euro ($45 million), the manufacturing plant in China is expected to produce over 600 units of blades for wind turbines yearly, with the first to be out still in 2010- a 12-tonner.
Siemens has recently hired 120 employees,and the number will extend to 210 next year, said the report.
