Two Chinese pairs Thursday advanced to the round of 16 at the women's doubles badminton of Thailand Open 2007.
Top-seeded pair Gao Ling and Huang Sui defeated Johanna Persson and Elin Bergblom of Sweden 21-10 and 21-13, while fourth-seeded Du Jing and Yu Yang beat Chou Chia-chi and Ku Pei-ting of Chinese Taipei 21-13, 21-19.
The tournament started on Tuesday at Bangkok's National Stadium and will last until Sunday.
