Zhu Lin, Chen Jin advance to Thailand Open semifinals |

Top seeds Zhu Lin and Chen Jin both advanced to the semifinals of the women's and men's singles events at the Thailand Open badminton tournament here on Friday.
Zhu, ranked third in the world, beat Juliane Schenk of Germany 21-18, 12-21, 21-18 and will take on Pi Hongyan of France for the women's final berth on Saturday.
Zhou Mi of Hong Kong, China, also entered the women's singles semi-finals after defeating Xu Huaiwen of Germany.
Chen beat Tommy Sugiarto of Indonesia 21-5, 21-14.
