Hong Kong cyclists Wong Kam-po and Zhang Jinwei grabbed the men's madison title at the Chinese track cycling championships on Wednesday.

Wong and Zhang took 19 points in the final to give Hong Kong its second gold in the championships, beating Shanghai and Heilongjiang.

The 34-year-old Wong had won the men's point race on Tuesday.

"Young cyclists are difficult to beat. Their stamina are better. My advantage is experience," Wong said.

"My next goal is the Beijing Olympics," he added.

Zheng Lulu from the Chinese national team claimed the women's keirin gold, beating Mu Di from Shanghai.

Gao Yahui bagged the men's keirin gold with the silver going to Shi Qingyu of Heilongjiang.

Shandong cyclist Li Yan finished first in the women's point race.
