The Chinese fencing team made a one-two finish in men's foil at the Bangkok Universiade on Sunday when Wu Hanxiong beat his compatriot Bao Xiaoqing 15-6 in the final.

In the semifinals, Wu crushed Laurence Halsted from Britain 15- 9 while Bao upset Maxim Petrov from Ukraine 15-10.

The six-day fencing competition, starting on Saturday, offers 12 gold medals, two for each day.
