Wang Jieyi from China was crowned in the women's 25m pistol individual event at her international debut here on Monday at the 24th Universiade.

The 22-year-old Wang collected the highest qualification score of 585 points and 200.7 points in the 20-shot rapid final round to claim the title with an advantage of 1.6 points to silver medalist Munkhzul Tsogbadrah of Mongolia.

Veteran Viktoria Chaika from Belarus finished third with a total of 782.4 points.
