Paraguayan soccer team Tacuary will host Uruguayan club Defensor Sporting at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday in a knock-out round game in the Copa Sudamericana.
Cerro Porteno's La Olla (Saucepan) Stadium will host the match, which is to be officiated by Brazil's Heber Lopes. The return match will be on Sept. 13 in Montevideo.
Tacuary, coached by Argentine Daniel Lanata, eliminated Uruguayan team Danubio in the previous round, while Defensor saw off Paraguayan team Libertad.
Tacuary is third place in its local league after three victories in the first five rounds. Defensor's last match was a 0-1 loss to Tacuarembo last week, in the second round of the Uruguay league.
