Brazil to play Serbia in women's volleyball World Cup

Brazil will have a decisive game against Serbia in the World Cup of volleyball in Japan, said local media on Wednesday.

The game will be held in Nagoya, and if Brazil wins they continue in the hunt for one of the three spots to go to the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

The Serbs beat the previously undefeated United States 3-1, while the Brazilian side suffered a 3-0 loss to Italy.

In the last round of games, Brazil will confront Japan.

The undefeated Italy, leads the championship with 18 points and9 consecutive victories, one point above the United States.

The World Cup is a warm up to the pre-Olympic games in Beijing. Teams will have another chance to qualify in their respective regional pre-Olympic games.
