The Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games have been a grand festival for disabled people all around the world, said chief organizer Liu Qi at the Games' closing ceremony in the National Stadium in north Beijing on Wednesday night.
"The Beijing Paralympics is a grand celebration of the concept of transcendence, integration and equality," he said.
