Olympic champion Wu Minxia wins at National Games

Olympic champion Wu Minxia brought her local team Shanghai a gold medal in the women's 3m synchronized springboard at China'11th National Games on Monday.
This was the first gold medal for Wu in her four trips to the national games. "I realized my dreams finally," said Wu at the post-match press conference.
Wu, who partnered with Zhao Qinxin, redeemed her loss in the 3m and 1m individual events earlier as they held a lead throughout the competition to win with 361.5 points.
Wu, Beijing Olympics winner in the 3m synchronized event with multi-world and Olympic champion Guo Jingjing, came second in the 3m and 1m events behind Guo from Hebei and world champion He Zi from Guangdong respectively.
Chen Ye and Qu Lin from Jiangsu finished second with 334.2 points, and He Zi and Dong Jun settled for third on 329.4.
