South Africa made a clean sweep of shot put medals at the Africa Senior Athletics Championships on Wednesday.
Burger Lembrechts made a throw of 18.63 meters to clinch the gold as early pacesetter Roelf Potgieter secured the silver by managing 18.31 meters while Orazio Cremona settled for the bronze with 18.62 meters.
