Wimbledon braced itself for a fourth all-Williams singles final on Tuesday after Venus and Serena stormed into the semifinals by burying their opponents with ease.
Five-time champion Venus beat Poland's Agnieszka Radwanska 6-1, 6-2 while Serena, a two-time champion, sent Belarusian eighth seed Victoria Azarenka packing 6-2, 6-3.
The sisters have made 12 Wimbledon finals appearances and there were few signs on Tuesday that the family monopoly is about to be broken.
Venus, 29, who will be in her eighth Wimbledon semi-final in 10 years, next meets Russian Dinara Safina, the world number one and top seed.
Serena, the second seed, will face Russian fourth seed Elena Dementieva. Source: Xinhua
