Pau Gasol had 31 points and nine rebounds to pace the way to Spain's fourth win of the tournament. Spain finished second to meet Croatia in the quarterfinals on Wednesday.
Angola (0-5) had a perfect first quarter to lead 23-15, but were crashed by Spain's 17-0 run to see them down by 32-25 in the second quarter.
The African champions lost the momentum in the second half as they scored only 20 points in 20 minutes, while the Spaniards carried on for a 58-point spree to conquer the win.
