Brazil coach Dunga on Wednesday named the roster for the games against Peru and Uruguay in the qualifiers for the 2010 World Cup finals.
Brazil will face Peru on Nov. 18, in the neighboring country's capital city, Lima. On Nov. 21, it will be the Brazilians' turn to host the match, and the national team will play the Uruguayans at the Morumbi Stadium, in Sao Paulo.
Brazil currently ranks second in the qualifiers, with a total of four points, after tying Colombia 0-0 and beating Ecuador 5-0. Argentina leads the race six points, scored in two victories, over Chile (2-0) and Venezuela (2-0). At the end of the qualifiers, he four best-ranked national teams will classify for the Cup.
In relation to the squad that played the two first games, Werder Bremen's defender Naldo was the only name added to the list, replacing Sao Paulo's Alex Silva, who got injured.
The other players drafted were: goalkeepers Julio Cesar (Internazionale) and Doni (Roma); defenders Juan (Roma), Alex (Chelsea) and Lucio (Bayern Munich); wingbacks Gilberto (Hertha Berlin), Kleber (Santos), Daniel Alves (Sevilla) and Maicon (Internazionale); midfielders Gilberto Silva (Arsenal), Josue (Wolfsburg), Mineiro (Hertha Berlin), Elano (Manchester City), Diego (Werder Bremen), Fernando (Bordeaux), Julio Baptista (Real Madrid), Kaka (Milan) and Ronaldinho (Barcelona); strikers Robinho (Real Madrid), Vagner Love (CSKA Moscow) and Afonso (Heerenveen).
