Portugal tied on Wednesday a 10-manAlbanian team 0-0 in a Group 1 match of the World Cup 2010 qualifiers.

Portugal had one player more from the 42nd minute on after Albanian Admir Teli was expelled for attacking Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo.

It was the third consecutive match that Portugal, coached by Carlos Queiroz, didn't win since its 3-2 loss to Denmark and goalless draw with Sweden.

Portugal, which has garnered five points, is a joint third in its group with Sweden and Albania, two points behind Denmark and Hungary.
